If you have any questions/concerns regarding any section of my TOS, feel free to dm me and I will be more than happy to provide further detail or explain in different words! If for any reason the layout of this site is difficult to read, please dm me and I will provide a Google Doc with all the info on this carrd.

Artistic Boundaries

Will draw- ship art
- ocs
- fanart
- comic page
- most things not listed in the "won't draw" section

Won't draw- pornographic / NSFW content
- heavy gore (blood ok)
- highly detailed mecha
- furry (anthro ok)
- anything else i decide i am not comfortable drawing

If you are unsure if your request falls under these categories (or, particularly in the case of blood/anthro, if it falls within the exceptions to the category) do not hesitate to dm and ask!I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

Price alterations- Depending on preferred rendering style (cel, soft, etc), price may change
- Additional characters: +60% of base price
- Multiple drawings of same character: +25% of base price for each time drawn
- Sketches done on paper will be discounted by 20%!
- The price may increase slightly if the commissioner provides a specific deadline for the piece that would require me to change my working pace.
- Alteration requests that should have been asked during the sketch phase (i.e fundamental pose changes) may incur additional fees depending on the difficulty of the alteration.
- Comic pages are heavily likely to include changes in price. See the link in the will/won't draw section for more info.
Prices shown above are subject to change for any reason I deem fit, which will always be shared with you. I will not change the price once it has already been agreed upon. See "Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds" for more info.

Process- I will require design references as well as any pose references in order to begin the process.
- After recieving payment and references from the commissioner, I will wait a minimum of three days before beginning work on the project.
- After at least three days, I will begin work on the sketch and send a tentative final sketch to the commissioner for alteration requests or approval, as well as an estimate to how long the project will take to be completed. For a sketch commission, this is the final step of the process.
- Once the sketch is approved I will work on the rest of the commission, with progress updates generally once a week, though that is by no means a hard schedule
-The commissioner is entitled to request progress updates so long as they are not excessive or overly rushing.
- I will send the tentative final product to the commissioner for minor alterations or approval.
- Once the final product is approved I will remove all watermarks aside from my main signature and send it to the commissioner. If requested, I am willing to send the finished product over Discord for a higher resolution file.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds- Payment is uprfront prior to the beginning of the artistic process.
- The default and preferred method of payment is via PayPal. If this absolutely does not work for the commissioner, I am open to discussing alternative methods of payment.
- Once the price is finalized, it will not change (unless a late alteration fee is incurred) even if the prices published in the table above change while I am working on the project.
- If a late alteration fee is incurred, I will wait until the commissioner pays the fee to continue progress on the project).
- The commissioner has three days to request a guaranteed full refund, as I will wait a minimum of that amount of time before beginning the artistic process to allow for cancellations.
- (DOES NOT APPLY TO SKETCH COMMISSIONS) Between the third day and the finalization of the sketch, the commissioner may request a cancellation and recieve a partial refund proportional to the amount of time spent on the project.
- After the sketch has been finalized and approved by the commissioner (or in the case of a sketch commission, after work has begun on the project), refund requests will not be accepted.

Usage- The finished artwork is for personal use only. You may not use the piece commercially in any way.
- Unless otherwise requested, I reserve the right to post or include the finished piece in collections and portfolios.

dm on twitter for inquiries!!

for a commission of a comic page it is preferred that the commissioner provides a general rough draft (it can be as rough as stick figures with emojis for faces) so i can have a better idea of what the commission will consist of. here is an example of what it can look like:

(draft created by my friend @puppymitsu on twitter)

pricing of a comic comes down to a few factors.- the base price will be based on the highest possible visibility (bust, halfbody, or fullbody) of a character. for instance, if the commission involves three busts and a fullbody, the base price will be based on that fullbody.
- additional characters will be the same percentage as normal (see pricing), based on the highest visibility of that character.
- additional drawings of established characters will all be 25% of whichever category each individual drawing falls under.
i understand this sounds confusing. so heres a super cute and highly detailed demonstration of how the base pricing would work (once i have an actual comic page to provide as an example i'll replace this doodle but pretend its a normal comic ok

keep in mind this only calculates the base total for the commission. it is likely the cost will increase depending on complexity, as well as if i am expected to include backgrounds. feel free to inquire to see what it might end up costing!!!

some sketch examples!! paper sketches (which get a 20% discount!!!) will be done on sketchbook paper rather than the lined paper shown. if desired, i can clean up the sketches (to be more reminiscent of lineart) and do some minor shading for a slight increase in price.

examples of colored in sketches! sometimes i will choose to add slight shading to color sketches at my discretion, however if you would prefer i avoid that altogether let me know at the time of commissioning! i tend to do these in varying styles, so let me know if you have a preference.

flat colors examples! many of these are originally parts of rendered pieces, which may also appear in the examples of my fully rendered stuff. let me know what type of lineart you prefer from the multiple methods shown here :)

examples of rendered pieces! the base price for rendering is generally based on regular cel shading shown in most of these pieces. more involved shading and lighting (see: bottom left) may incur an increase in price fyi!!

priority for completion is placed upon the oldest commission on this list. commissioners should be aware of their spot in the queue when ordering a commission.
